The Katamaran holiday home offers 91 m² of space, enough for up to six adults and one toddler up to 2 years old. You enter the house through a private entrance, where the first bathroom—featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink—is located immediately to the left. Across from it, beneath a wooden staircase, is the first bedroom with two single beds or one double bed. The spacious living room welcomes you with comfortable seating, a closet, a radio, and a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living room is the open, fully equipped kitchen with a solid wood dining table. From here and from the living room, you can step out onto your private, furnished terrace.
The wooden staircase in the hallway leads you to the upper floor of the house.Here you’ll find two additional bedrooms: a children’s room with two single beds and a small desk, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a chest of drawers.

Between the two rooms is the second bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.


You can bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can book them for an additional fee and find both waiting for you upon arrival. If you’re travelling with a toddler, you’re welcome to book a travel cot and a high chair for an additional fee. We also rent out baby monitors, bottle warmers, baby bathtubs, safety rails, changing pads, night lights, and stair gates.
You can also borrow a microwave and a freezer for free. If needed, please specify your requests when booking.
Two parking spaces are located directly at the house and are free of charge.
A flat-rate final cleaning fee is charged for the apartment. However, you also have the option of handling the final cleaning yourself in exchange for a security deposit. Upon successful inspection upon your departure, you will receive a refund of this amount.
You have the option to use a washing machine and dryer in the central administration building for a fee.

Please note that our accommodation is rented exclusively for tourist stays. Rentals to construction workers are not permitted. 

There are a wide variety of recreational activities for children and adults in Burhave as well as in the surrounding area. Take a dip at the Nordseelagune water park – swimming fun in a seawater lake without tides – or on the DLG-supervised beaches along the coast with no admission fee; take advantage of the swimming pool, sauna, or the play barn—which features a go-kart track and mini-golf—in town. Explore the region by bike—you’ll find a very well-developed network of bike trails stretching up to 250 km. You can also enjoy sailing, surfing, swimming, horseback riding, skating, Nordic walking, mudflat hiking, and fishing to your heart’s content. A place for an active holiday or simply for pure relaxation. Our holiday apartments are the ideal starting point for this. Centrally located, not far from the beach, yet quiet and private.
Get to know the region and its people; take a stroll through neighbouring Bremerhaven or Bremen! But Burhave itself also offers numerous shops and restaurants that invite you to linger. There are also frequent cultural highlights, and we’d be happy to provide you with more information about them once you arrive.

Note: Energy costs are billed based on usage. Pets are welcome, but must be registered in advance.
