Haus Trapper stand nicht mehr zur Verfügung

Bei Anreise in der Verwaltung würde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Haus Trapper nicht mehr zur Verfügung steht, da es nicht mehr zeitgemäß sei. Daraufhin haben wir von der Verwaltung ein neueres Objekt zu gleichen Konditionen bekommen. Dies war sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte genug Zimmer, sowie Badezimmer etc. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und wer einen Urlaub mit kleineren Kindern an der Nordsee verbringen möchte, wird hier bestens bedient. Spielscheune und Badelagune sind hierfür bestens geeignet.

Das Haus war dreckig und hat gestunken

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht. Das Haus war dreckig und voller Spinnengewebe. Es hat so gestunken und gemuffelt das einem schlecht wurde. Die Steckdose bei unserer Tochter war mit Klebeband geklebt und sie hat einen Stromschlag bekommen. Im Wohnzimmer war kein Lüften über Fenster möglich, da nochts außer der Türe los ging. Die Agentur kam uns zwar entgegen und hat uns 200 Euro erstattet. ( vorher über 1000 Euro für diese Bruchbude)Die Forderungen was bei der eigenen Grundreinigung gemacht werden sollen waren unverschämt für einen solchen Zustand in dem das Haus war, da wir es sauberer verlassen haben als wir es angetroffen hatten. Wir fahren einmal im Jahr für eine Woche in den Urlaub weil es beruflich nicht anders geht undkommen dann in ein Haus was auf den Bildern ganz anders war und zusätzlich so ekelhaft. Für uns kommt kein weiterer Urlaub dort in Frage.
