Krokån hus - vacation in the countryside and on your own riverbank

Our spacious and cosy holiday home, a former farmhouse with outbuildings, is situated in a beautiful, secluded location on a sprawling property (4,500 m²), nestled among gardens, meadows, and woodlands that extend all the way to the Krokån River (approximately 130 m from the house). It was renovated starting in 2010 and offers a total living area of 120 m², plus a 28 m² south-facing terrace and several outbuildings. All rooms have electric heating, and there is also a wood-burning stove in the living room. Our Mosquito Magnet on the property also ensures that the area is largely free of mosquitoes.

The Krokån River is 130 metres from the house and offers 300 metres of private riverfront. No fishing rights.

For the children, there is a large property and, of course, woods and meadows for their own adventures. In the evening, our fire pit in the garden invites you to gather around a campfire together.

A scenic area close to several nature reserves, two swimming lakes, a waterfall, salmon fishing in the Lagan River (near Laholm), and Sweden’s longest beaches (Melbystrand).
