The house is situated on a beautiful natural plot on the edge of the river la Calonne. The cosy lapping of the water invites you to enjoy sunny afternoons and atmospheric summer evenings. There is plenty of outdoor space for young and old, as well as your beloved four-legged friends, but keep small children close to the water.
The lovely sandy beaches of Deauville and Trouville are just a short drive away. Spend some great days playing mini-golf or sailing and discover the Cider Route, the idyllic landscapes of the Pays d'Auge and the Normandy of the Impressionists.
