Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Jedoch sollte man nicht über 1,80m groß sein, damit man nicht mit einigen Deckenbalken in Berührung kommt.

Die Lage von der Wohnung zum Hafen und zur Stadt waren sehr gut.
Mit dem check in waren wir auch zu Frieden, die Anfahrt zum Objekt hätte noch etwas präziser sein können. Die Einfahrt von der Norderstrasse zum Parkplatz war etwas schwierig zu finden, weil wir oben kein Schild "Herrenstall" finden konnten, dieses haben wir nur unten vom Hafen aus entdeckt.

Schöner Stadt-Urlaub in herrlicher Umgebung
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war genauso nett wie das wohnen in deren Haus. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Das Auto konnten wir gut abstellen und die ganze Zeit dort stehen lassen, weil alles fussläufig alles zu erreichen ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung "Vordeck" befindet sich im Ergeschoss eines renovierten ehemaligen Kapitänshauses.
Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einer modernen Küche und einem neuen Bad. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll dekoriert, sodass wir uns wohl gefühlt haben, wie zuhause.
Durch die zentrale Lage ist man in wenigen Schritten am Hafen und in der Innenstadt mit Fußgängerzone. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig.
Die Bilder entsprechen genau der Beschreibung. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Ein Parkplatz für das Auto ist auch vorhanden.
Der Vermieter gibt bei der Ankunft einen kleinen Überblick über die Stadt.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und möchten uns ganz herzlich bedanken.

Nette Unterkunft für Kurzurlauber
Der Besitzer gibt eine nette Einführung bei Ankunft. Das Appartment hat alles was man braucht und ist gut gepflegt. Die Terasse ist nicht wirklich privat, weil da alle vorbeilatschen die im Haus wohnen und nebenan ist ein Asylbewohnerheim (die Leute aber sehr nett sind - ab und zu Halli Galli ;-) ).
Man ist schnell am Hafen und in der Einkaufspassage. Das ist ein Plus.
Leider wird nicht für ein Dauerticket am Parkplatz gesorgt, der Kostenpflichtig ist und so hat man immer eine Sucherei wenn man vom Ausflug heimkommt und immer die Gebührenfrei Zone oder Zeit anvisieren muss. Nervt ein wenig.
Ansonsten hats uns insgesamt gefallen.

es tut mir sehr leid, dass Sie das große Pech hatten, dass zu Ihrer Zeit in Flensburg wegen des Hafenfestes absoluter Hochbetrieb herrschte und von daher die Parksituation verständlicherweise sehr schwierig war, obwohl es eigentlich genügend Parkplätze dort gibt. Zu der Zeit gibt es am Hafen eben immer viel Lauf und Trubel und auch buntes Volk, das sich zu der Zeit offensichtlich auch in der Nachbarschaft aufgehalten hat. Ich hoffe, Sie haben sich dennoch in Flensburg gut erholt.

Pragtfuld lille lejliged - lige tilpas for 2 personer med alle tænkelige facilieter.
Man kan ikke ønske en mere centralt beliggende feriebolig - tæt på gågade, havnen, seværdigheder og med et utal af muligheder for spisesteder eller blot en kold fadøl. Alt fremstår velrenoveret og med en hyggelig amosfærde. Gæstfriheden og omsorgen for feriegæsterne er rigtig fin - det er helt sikkert et sted, som vi dels vil anbefale til andre, dels kommer vi tilbage hertil til foråret. Selv vejret artede sig nogenlunde tilfredsstillende.
