In Mesa del Mar, the vacation home "Casa Claudina" offers an excellent view of the sea. The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as a TV.
The vacation home also boasts a private covered terrace where you can chill out in the evening.
The property is located near a path which leads to a traditional fishermen's village where you can enjoy fresh local fish. Furthermore, the vacation home is situated close to the beautiful beach Playa de la Arena (please note that the descent is rather demanding).
Free parking can easily be found on the street from September to June. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed upon request and for a fee (please contact the homeowner). Air conditioning is not available. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls.

Excellent séjour dans un endroit calme en cette saison (Janvier)

Pros: L'appartement est agréable. La pièce à vivre et la chambre sont spacieuses. Belle vue sur l'océan. L'appartement est situé dans une anse dont l'accès s'effectue par une route sinueuse et pentue qui nécessite d'avoir un véhicule de location. L'avantage est que l'endroit est calme. A partir de là, nous avons visité l'ile de Tenerife (notamment le parc de Teno, le parc de l'Anaga et le Parc du Teide). A proximité de l'appartement il y a un commerce d'appoint et une piscine naturelle. La plage est à 150 mètres. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement et dans cette belle ile de Tenerife et merci à Dulce (la propriétaire) qui a toujours été disponible par WhatsApp.

besondere Wohnung unter der Straße

Aussicht auf den wilden Atlantik top. Weniger schön sind die umstehenden Hochhäuser. Positiv, der kleine Supermarkt. Sehr schönes Naturbad, gut zum Schwimmen. Auch der Sandstrand ist erwâhnenswert. Schöner kleiner Wanderwege zum nächsten Ort. Im Apartment gibt es kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm.
