The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
On Friday, bring trash bins to the front of the driveway for pick-up. Remove all garbage from the home and put it in the bins on the side of the house.
Log out of streaming services on the smart TV. Ensure all windows and doors are locked. If you moved furniture during your stay, please put back to original location.
Place all used towels and rags on the floor of the laundry room. Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the cycle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
• Check-In is at 4pm. A 25 dollar fee will be applied if early check in is requested and available. Requests must be made at least 24hrs in advance.
• No unregistered guests allowed to stay on the property. The maximum capacity is 8 guests. • Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am.
• No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meals at the dining room table. • Please remove your shoes upon entering the house.
