Don’t be fooled by this duplex! It is in a great location, very clean, and the personal touches and little extras provided by the owners are exceptional. We came in for a Chiefs game and it was a great spot for us. As mentioned in other reviews there is road noise, but nothing a white noise machine or fan can’t take care of. Steven was great at communicating and checking on us throughout our stay. I would highly recommend unless we are coming back to town then find someplace else!

This is a duplex, which I didn't realize originally when I booked. It is a clean property and the owners were very quick to respond to messages and make sure we were comfortable. Another review talked about loud traffic...it is a busy street, but the traffic was not excessively loud, in my opinion. We had a great time and would be willing to stay again when we are in town for a game. I was impressed with the coffee-making options that were available. Checking in on a separate website was a small inconvenience, but nothing too terrible.

Pros:Central location for our visit SpaciousCleanEverything you need for a short visitThere are some negatives, but these are not due to the owner/hostCons:Very busy road - even later into the night and as I am a light sleeper, it made sleeping difficult for meBecause it is an older home the layout is a bit awkward. The only thing that maybe the owners could do something about is that it could still use some renovations, but truthfully they are nothing that reflects safety/security/comfort. Overall the property may our needs and on our next visit for work, we would consider staying here again.
