The apartment is situated on the 18th floor of a residential block in the suburb of Casa Forte in the North of Recife. The apartment covers 200 m2 and is luxuriously decorated, comprising 3 bedrooms en suite, a living room with wc, dining area, TV room with home theatre, kitchen-diner, service area and verandah. The furnishings and equipment are of a high standard. The block has 24 hour security and contains a private gym, swimming pool, party room, children?s playground and garden. The apartment has 2 parking spaces allocated in the secure car park in the basement.

O apartamento Muito acomodável, a área super tranquila com localização perfeita próximo a tudo.

Não é a primeira vez que alugamos o apartamento da Lucia, nós gostamos muito do conforto, do bairro que é muito tranquilo, dos funcionários da portaria da limpeza, estão de parabéns pelo respeito atenção e segurança que eles nos oferece . Obrigada .

Uma estadia MARAVILHOSA!

Bom! Foi uma estadia MARAVILHOSA! O apto é digno de 5 estrelas, com uma vista panorâmica maravilhosa e pertinho de tudo. . . Na chegada, já me senti em casa, as camas arrumadas, lençóis e toalhas bem cheirosos e em seus devidos lugares... aliás... TUDO, mas TUDO como se vê nas fotos!! E tudo fica mais harmonioso ainda com a simpatia e carinho de Dona Lucia! Ano que vem voltarei! Quem alugar, com certeza não vai se arrepender! Obrigada pelo carinho! !! Não foi difícil de escrever uma avaliação ... Difícil é achar as palavras que combinem com o que realmente sentimos!
