• Check-in: After 3 PM
• Check-out: By 10 AM
• This is a quiet residential neighborhood — no parties or events permitted
• Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM – 9 AM
• For your safety and security, we have exterior Ring cameras located at the garage, front door, backyard, and side gate. These record audio and video outdoors only and do not monitor interior spaces.
• Must be 21 or older to rent property.
• Trash pickup and propane checks will take place every Wednesday at 9:00 AM. Staff will access the property through the garage only and will not enter the home. Please be assured that your privacy is our top priority—we aim to minimize any disruptions and reduce chores during your stay.
• Pool cleaning will take place every Friday. Staff will access the property through outdoor areas only and will not enter the home.

Pet Policy
• Up to 2 dogs allowed with approval
• $100 non-refundable pet fee per dog
• Pets must be house-trained, supervised, and kept off beds/furniture
• Unauthorized pets will result in additional fees

Additional Fees + Violations
Violation of house rules, unauthorized guests/pets, smoking, damages, excessive cleaning, or noise complaints may result in additional charges and/or immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
Must be 21 or older to rent.
