Very cosy, rustic timber house "Lindefjeldbu", 347 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, built in 2004. In a sunny position on top of a hill, 2.5 km from the lake. Private: natural garden 1'700 m2. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Bus stop "Eikerapen" 250 m, sandy beach 2.5 km, bathing lake "Storevatn" 2.5 km, lake Øre 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Åseral/Kyrkjebygd 12 km, Evje 45 km, Kristiansand/Airport 85 km, Eikerapen Gjestegård/Kanoutleie 45 m, Sport fishing 2.5 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
"Lindefjeldbu", 9-room house 160 m2. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace and TV. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm) (120 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Electric heating, forced-air heating. Large terrace 33 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, sitting area. Very beautiful view of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage at the house.
