Welcome to our modern, renovated, and fully equipped holiday apartments in Bayerisch Gmain—nestled in the beautiful mountain scenery of our region. Our house features 2 holiday apartments, each measuring 60 m², both with the same high-quality amenities. Our bright and spacious apartments offer plenty of room for 3 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children). Other occupancy options available upon request. We are a smoke-free property with our own free parking directly in front of the house. Pets are not allowed. The apartments are centrally located between Bad Reichenhall (3 km), Berchtesgaden (16 km), and Salzburg (20 km). It is approximately 150 m to the Austrian border. An EDEKA supermarket, restaurants, a bakery, a doctor’s office, a pharmacy, and a Sparkasse branch are all accessible right in town, as well as in the neighbouring town of Großgmain (Austria)—some of which are within walking distance. The tourist information office is located in the town centre (1-minute drive). Bus connections to the surrounding area are about a 2-minute walk away, with additional connections available in town (2-minute drive). There is a train station in town. The apartments offer magnificent mountain views and serve as an ideal starting point for hikers and cyclists, as well as for skiing and rock climbing. Bicycle and ski storage are located right in the building. Our region also has plenty to offer in terms of both culture and cuisine. We warmly welcome you—we look forward to seeing you! The Sommer Family<br><br>The “Bergblick” apartment is located on the ground floor and can be accessed via the entrance on the mezzanine level of the main building. The holiday apartment features two private balconies (facing south and west) with cosy seating areas. It includes 1 bedroom with a box-spring bed at a comfortable height (ceiling fan, linens included), 1 modern living room with additional sleeping space on the convertible corner sofa, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, cable TV, and internet. The dining area is harmoniously integrated into the living room and has an additional entrance to the south-facing balcony. The modern, separate kitchen in the entryway is fully equipped (ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (Tassimo), electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, blender, and a spacious refrigerator and freezer). In the additional storage room, you’ll find more storage space, a dedicated washing machine, as well as ironing and cleaning supplies. The bathroom, which features natural light from a skylight, has a modern shower, a multifunctional mirror with a clock, light, and anti-fog function, as well as underfloor heating. You’ll find ample storage space in the vanity drawers (towels, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, a first-aid kit, and a travel sewing kit are provided). Wi-Fi is free.
