In the pretty village of Vertheuil in the heart of the Médoc vineyards, stone house entirely renovated recently, with flowered garden in the peace and quiet and gite space well being
Private access, parking, heated pool (in season) and terrace, comfortable and fully equipped house.
The house is ideally located in the Natural Park of the Médoc, between the ports of the estuary and the ocean, quiet and restful area
- 30 min from the ocean beaches (Montalivet, Plage des pins)
- 20 min from the lake of Hourtin and its leisure base (nautical base, hiking, biking, horse riding)
-10 min from the ports of the estuary and Saint Estèphe and Pauillac.
- 1 hour from Bordeaux, 1 hour from the basin and 45 minutes from Le Verdon sur Mer
In the heart of the village of Vertheuil, one of the most beautiful villages of the Médoc. Café restaurant with terrace on the park of the XIIth century Abbey. Grocery store (Oysters of the basin the weekend). Bakery. Pizza to go. Eco museum and many wine castles.
To organize your stay we can make some recommendations (restaurants, visits, leisure activities ..)
** swimming pool available from the end of april to the middle of novembre depending on weather conditions
*** the house contains a wellness area for 2 additional people accessible through the garden.
