Why they chose this property
We found this property, which is located in the very heart of the city, and fell in love with it right away. It used to be a brick storage and the old bricks were even used for renovating the apartment, which makes it super cozy.
What makes this property unique
The location, which is in the very heart of Vienna, a 3 minutes walk away from the Viennese main railway station "Hauptbahnhof", its former use as a brick storage with old bricks being integrated into the now modern apartment as brick walls in every room and the hidden entrance. It's not on a main street, to enter this apartment you need to enter an old Viennese apartment building, then walk through a tiny green courtyard and then you have to enter the basement of the building and right when you think you are entering old Viennese underground you discover this charming and beautiful renovated apartment.
