Perfect for couples or small family. Inside, guests find a plush comfortable queen bed and a sofa bed, full kitchen, private patio and all the modern comforts for relaxation. The bathroom features a large refreshing shower to help you unwind. Climate control keeps the space comfortable no matter the season. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or a longer stay, this beautiful studio offers a cozy retreat. Free oceanfront parking pass for convenience included with your stay. Enjoy your time in Emerald Isle at our coastal retreat guesthouse.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All remotes located and put in correct place. Leave ocean front parking pass is left in the house hanging on hook and that all beach gear stored back on side porch area.
Dirty towels left in shower. Bedding remains on bed. Dishes washed
If checking out much earlier than standard checkout please message me to let me know!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO pets please. Only the number of guests on reservation. 3 max without prior permission. Park in designated area Be respectful of the neighborhood.
Guest are welcome to sit in the covered porch area by creek or on large patio but please do not go in yard on south side of patio.

This property is close to everything and the host is quick to response and help you out. I would recommend staying here and i will definitely come back here. A bonus is the little turtle dock they have and you can feed the turtles.
