This lake home, built in 2023, boasts 3 inviting bedrooms, featuring a king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 full beds. This house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen that opens to one of the two living rooms. There is a large screened in porch with seating and a grill/smoker. Downstairs, enjoy the second living room, large screen television, ping pong table and wet bar. Off this area is another large covered porch with rocking chairs and a hammock. There is a fire pit available for use as well. Enjoy a paved path to the private boat dock where you can fish, swim, or bring your kayaks and paddle boards. Two Paddle boards and two zero gravity chairs for the dock are available for use at your request. We are conveniently located near Buzzard Rock Marina where you can launch your boat or rent one. The boat slip at this property is unavailable for use, but you can tie your boat to the side of the dock. Whether relaxing indoors or exploring nearby Land Between the Lakes, guests will find this quaint retreat a perfect place to unwind. Book now and enjoy everything this excellent house has to offer.

Why they chose this property

We chose this location to build due to the deep water cove, proximity to two marinas-Buzzard Rock and Hu-B’s and the surrounding nature. The home is located on a quiet one way street with wildlife including a lot of deer. We have spotted bald eagles in our cove each year as well. It is a great location for a walk, a swim, and to simply enjoy being with family and friends.
