Quietly situated vacation home in a secluded location

The house features a large, cosy dining area, right next to which is the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, egg cooker, and a large refrigerator and freezer. A wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth and can heat the entire house. Additionally, electric radiators are installed in the rooms, and the bathroom and hallway have heated floors. The living room features a large, comfortable couch for the whole family, and a 43-inch smart TV provides entertainment. Free Wi-Fi is available. The bathroom has a large bathtub and a shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Right next to the bathroom is a cool room suitable for storing food. A large wood-fired sauna, offering fantastic views of the expansive meadow and the Northern Lights, is located at the edge of the forest behind the house. It can be used by arrangement. Various sauna scents are available. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with large closets; one bedroom has two comfortable single beds, and the other has a double bed. There are two additional single beds in the hallway leading to the bedrooms. The glass-enclosed porch offers plenty of space to sit outside even in bad weather or to dry or store sports equipment. A spacious infrared cabin invites you to relax on the porch. Two high chairs and two cots are available for use. The patio features a spacious table, and two lounge chairs invite you to soak up the sun. The terrace and garden are fenced in, so toddlers and dogs can play freely. A children’s swing hangs between the trees. Surrounding the house is a 1.5-hectare flower meadow that transforms into a sea of flowers in the spring.

In winter, you can drive about 50 km to Kittelfjäll for skiing,
, and there are also many cross-country ski trails in the area. Lapland’s breathtaking winter landscape is perfect for extended snowshoe hikes and walks. The wood-fired treehouse sauna and the infrared heat cabin invite you to relax and unwind. Ice fishing is possible on the nearby lake. With a little luck, you can watch the Northern Lights right in front of the cabin by the campfire or from inside the sauna. Snowmobile rentals and dog-sled tour operators are also available in the region, making a long ride through the snow-covered winter landscape an unforgettable experience.
A cosy barbecue hut for group barbecues—even in sub-zero temperatures—is located right next to the house and can be used at any time.

A large rowing boat is available at the nearby Lake Skäggvattnet and can be used free of charge for boat tours and fishing.
Fishing on Lake Skäggvattnet is excellent. This is where anglers’ dreams come true.
In summer and fall, the area is full of colour and long days.
You can go mountain biking and enjoy beautiful hikes in the mountains, go fishing, pick mushrooms and berries, and build a campfire and have a barbecue at the fire pit in front of the house.

Snowshoe and cross-country ski rentals are available by arrangement.
The farm has a spacious, vacant kennel facility that can accommodate up to 30 sleigh dogs. The kennel complex can be rented for housing sleigh dogs by arrangement.
