About this accommodation
Mansion—built in 1925—located in the centre of Agios Nikolaos, on a hill with ample parking, near the Lassithi Prefecture, on a quiet side street.
The apartment (120 sqm, 30 sqm terrace) is on the 1st floor and has its own entrance. High ceilings (~5m) and antique furniture create an authentic atmosphere.
The town beach (Kitroplateia Beach) is 150m away.
In about 20 minutes on foot, you can reach the large sandy beach with a river running through it
“Almyros Beach”
The accommodation
The three bedrooms and the dining room are equipped with air conditioning. There are two bathrooms available: one with a bathtub and toilet, and one with a shower and toilet.
The kitchen is new and very comfortably furnished.
The apartment has a balcony (6 metres long) with a partial ocean view and a spacious terrace.
