Would not recommend this property to anyone. Old, tired, stained carpets, broken amenities (spa), can’t use fireplace, toilet backed up. No amenities to Purgatory Ski Area.
Great condo, only bad things were no elevator to third floor and there was hair in the shower when we arrived.

We are disappointed to hear that we dropped the ball this time, as this is not the high standard of guest satisfaction and cleanliness that we hold ourselves to. We have provided your valuable feedback to our local manager to address with our housekeeping team.
The property was as advertised, it was clean and ready for our family. Close to the main lift and everything else the resort has to offer. Had a great time will book again at Angelhaus!!!

It met our basic needs.
We liked being on the 3rd floor, so no stomping above. The layout was nice to not hear hall noise. And a bathroom for each bedroom was helpful.
We had a great stay. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped which made cooking easy. We even used the grill.. bring your own food , of course. The boys walked just a few yards to the slopes and could come and go as needed. It was roomy and cozy, had games and puzzles and the bathroom attached to each bedroom was perfect for us. We enjoyed our stay.

Not a fan of Vacasa managed properties. Two experiences with them that were not top notch. First rental experience they would not take into consideration a tragic loss of a child in our family and allow us to cancel or even reschedule later in the year within reason. It was simply, "that is why you get trip insurance!" Second go, room was not cleaned, dingy, you can tell cleaners do the bare minimum. Seems little to no accountability for who they contract. The mountain we stayed at had little to no traffic so its not like they were overwhelmed with rooms/house to clean. All in all I will avoid their rentals if all possible and make that recommendation to any who asks.
The condo was super easy to get to. Like other reviews, it is just a short walk - less than 5 min., to get to the base of the mountain. It is a cozy little condo with the basic essentials. There’s no elevator so prepare yourself for 3 flights of stairs as you come and go. You MUST!! make sure you not only get the lock box code for the condo (this unit has a physical key / realtor style lock box) but also the digital key pad code for the condo building (we got locked out of the building in the snow). All-in-all it met our needs.

Hi Spencer, thank you for your review. We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback as a means to continually improve our homes for future guests.
We hope to host you for another truly carefree and great vacation in the future!
We recently stayed at this condo and had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, the unit was clean and the location is definitely a highlight — it’s very close to the ski lifts, which made getting on the mountain quick and convenient. Unfortunately, there were several issues that impacted our stay. The condo had a noticeable urine odor that persisted even after airing it out daily. Communication prior to arrival was limited to a text with the condo door code. We did not receive any information about checking in with the resort, obtaining parking passes, internet access, or accessing amenities. It wasn’t until the third day — when we needed additional codes — that we were informed about checking in at the resort. As a result, we never received internet access, never gained access to the spa, and even received a parking ticket because we were unaware that a parking pass was required. Clear check-in instructions would have prevented these issues entirely. The condo also definitely needs some updating and maintenance. The headboards were not securely attached, the couch was uncomfortable and missing a cushion, and there were cigarette burns in some areas. That said, the bunk beds worked well and were a nice setup for our sons. The three flights of stairs with no elevator were also challenging after long days of skiing, though to be fair, this is mentioned in the listing. Additionally, be aware that you must pay to use the washer and dryer.

Great location! With a few tweaks would be perfect!
Condo was modestly appointed and could use updating but we didn’t mind this because it was very clean and generally the furnishings and setup were very comfortable for the price. Location was good. And overall we had a fabulous time and enjoyed our stay. A few things to improve: mattress/hammocks should be replaced… especially master bedroom… it’s the singular important thing after exhausting day on the slopes! More than just one large pot is a must when you are snowed in and must cook for the family… we had to borrow a neighbors pot! Wi-Fi code did not work and Vacasa supposedly submitted a work order but it never happened all week. Lastly the old school key lock box is frustrating .. cannot see numbers well in the dark hallway.. a cipher lock or more modern lock system would be great!

Hi, Daniel. It is a pleasure to hear you had a great time overall! However, we sincerely apologize if some areas of the home did not fully meet expectations, and we appreciate you letting us know there is room for improvement. Your comments have been passed to our local manager so they are aware of the areas we could improve upon. Additionally, we have checked with our local team and confirmed the WiFi has since been restored. Thank you so much for your feedback and suggestions; we hope to host you for another great stay in the future!
Upon arrival, we were greeted with a strong sulfur smell and shortly thereafter realized the master bath sink did not drain at all. After starting our shower, we then realized the master shower did not drain at all. The sink and tub did not drain on their own whatsoever, and the master bathroom wreaked of sulfur which leaked into the entire condo. Even though Vacasa acknowledged the problem, nothing was fixed so we had to share the other bathroom with my teenage nephew.

Natalie, we are disheartened to read that you experienced issues that kept you from fully enjoying your stay. We apologize for the issues you encountered and our local manager assured us that the plumbing in the entire building has been redone. We always strive to provide relaxing and stress-free getaways and we are sorry this was not the case. We hope the compensation you received helped alleviate some of your frustration and that you will give us another chance to better impress you on your next getaway.

Great Location
Easy to get to the slopes. Master bedroom bed was fantastic. Gas grill on balcony was a great amenity.
The condo is spacious and worked well for our stay. There is a code for the entry door to the entire building. It was not supplied ahead of time, but was on a card inside the condo. Be sure to obtain the code if you are arriving late. There was no parking pass, dish towels, hot pads or the mixture they wanted used in the dishwasher for hard water. Calling the main toll-free VACASA number was terrible. The phone wait was 'longer than normal', so I texted. Fast reply, but the local manager was not able to deliver the parking pass and dish towels because the door to the building was locked the next morning. (Why didn't they know the code???) Lack of a parking pass for a few days could have resulted in fines, but it worked out ok. The location is good for accessing several hiking trails. There wasn't a welcome book, so here are a few things we learned. There are very limited close--by options for dining at night during the summer. The washing machine is in the basement and requires quarters or CC. Overall, the place is nice, but communication is not great.
