The property was very nice. The appartment was recently renovated. Lars and his family were very friendly. The place is good to do many things in the area.

An enjoyable stay

This is a two bedroom "loft conversion" over the family home. It was reasonably well equipped.. The area is quite rural with easy access to local train/bus service. We had a car and toured the area, especially the forest areas, as we had a dog with us. Enjoyed the area and the property as a holiday visit. Overall reasonable value for money and in line with our requirements.

Vielen lieben Dank an unseren Gastgeber Lars, der wirklich der Inbegriff eines guten Gastgeber ist. Die Wohnung war sauber und super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber man ist innerhalb von 30 Minuten bei verschiedensten Sehenswürdigkeiten, Attraktionen und Parks. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Top Unterkunft

Super nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern und ist für Familien, auch mit Hund, super geeignet. Die tolle Lage eignet sich sehr gut, um Wandertouren oder kulturelle Highlights der Region zu erleben. Mit dem Auto oder den Öffis ist man z.B. schnell in Dresden oder der sächsischen Schweiz. Kleiner Tipp: In den Öffis benötigt jeder Hunde einen Maulkorb!

Familienurlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus von Lars und seiner Familie. Lars selbst (und auch seine Frau) ist total freundlich und kommunikativ, auch immer erreichbar und hilft sowohl, wenn etwas gebraucht wird, als auch mit Tips für Ausflüge. Unsere paar Tage, die wir da waren, konnten wir mit allerhand Ausflügen füllen und hätten noch so viel mehr machen können. Für uns war die Lage perfekt. In der Ferienwohnung liegen einige Flyer von verschiedenen Angeboten aus. Die Wohnung ist hell und modern eingerichtet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Für die Kinder gibt es Spielzeug, Gesellschaftsspiele, Bücher, Malsachen… Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer waren für uns mit Baby super praktisch. Durch die Außenjalousien/bzw. den Sonnenschutz an den Dachfenstern war trotz sommerlicher Hitze die Wohnung nicht zu warm. Fenster auf über Nacht in den kühlen Stunden ist trotzdem ratsam. Die Kinder waren gern im großen Garten, haben die Hängematte und das Trampolin genutzt. Gut war auch der Austausch sowohl übers Sanieren eines denkmalgeschützten Hauses als auch übers Vermieten einer Ferienwohnung. Danke! Vielleicht kommen wir mal wieder 🤗

Schöner Aufenthalt

Unser Aufenthalt bei Lars war sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft ist toll. Von dort kommt gut mit dem Fahrrad in die nähere Umgebung, (Bautzen, Dresden usw.) Das Barockschloss Rammenau ist ebenfalls sehr schön) Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war durchweg angenehm und zügig. Vielleicht kommen wir mal wieder. Danke für alles.

Spontan und nur für ein langes Wochenende, aber immer wieder gern. Nächstes Mal definitiv länger. Die Kinder hatten bei der Abfahrt Tränen in den Augen, weil es Ihnen so gut gefiel. Unsere Ruheoase für drei Trainingstage in Dresden

Für unsere sportlich oriertierte Reise war diese Unterkunft eine echte Ruhe-Oase... Die Mädels hatten den ganzen Tag viel zu leisten auf dem Lehrgang des Rollkuntslauf-Vereines... So waren wir entspannt und glücklich, in die Wohnung wie nach Hause zu kommen, zu kochen, zu ratschen und einfach müde ins Bett zu fallen. Es war alles erdenklich notwendige für unser Aufenthalt vor Ort. Und wäre es nicht gewesen, so hätten unsere Gastgeber betimmt eine Lösung gefunden - einfach sehr nette junge Menschen, die mit der Renovierung eines Denkmalschutzes viel auf sich genommen und umgesetzt haben. Schöne neue Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser neuen schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und groß genug für mindestens vier Personen. Die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Viel Platz für zusammensitzten und entspannen. Unser Sohn war auch zufrieden, da das WI-FI gut funktionierte. Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor der Haustür. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und check-in und out waren unkompliziert. Sehr empfehlenswert!
