Perfectly situated for mountain fun, this 3BR/3BA condo is an inviting two-level retreat in the Beaver Creek West community. A convenient location near Beaver Creek Resort promises easy access to the slopes. Walk to the Bachelor Gulch Express gondola, or to nearby shops and restaurants in Avon. The community shuttle offers a complimentary ride to Vail Mountain.

During warmer months, stroll to Harry A. Nottingham Park to lounge on the beach or rent a kayak. Return to dip in the heated pool or unwind in the three hot tubs. Other on-site perks include tennis courts and a sauna. At home, you'll appreciate chic alpine accents, an upgraded kitchen, and a private balcony.

LIVING AREA

Anchored by a wood-burning fireplace with a stone surround, the living area invites you to relax. Kick back on the plush sofas and watch shows on the flat-screen TV. One sofa converts to a full-size sleeper.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare meals in the kitchen, newly appointed with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. As dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar for four.

The table in the dining area seats eight.

BED & BATH

The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and a flat-screen TV. A desk area provides a cozy workspace. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, and the second bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom holds two twin-over-full bunk beds and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The outdoor pool is heated and open year-round. Three hot tubs offer post-adventure relaxation. Other community amenities include tennis courts and a sauna.

This rental is located on the second floor. An elevator is not available. The condo does not have air-conditioning.

Overall it was a really good experience. Check in was a little clunky as it took us 30 minutes after check in to get code. Other than that everything else was smooth. Condo was nice but in summer months it does get hot without AC. Host was nice fixed an issue we had. Overall good expedience. The area is really nice walking distance from the lake is beautiful.

Fantastic stay in Avon

We loved staying here and skiing in Beaver Creek. Many times we just took the Park Bus Stop (1 block away) for the Avon Skier Shuttle straight up to Beaver Creek Village. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay, great location, great space! Only things to note are (1) parking instructions should be more clear, (2) lightbulbs were out, (3) oven broiler didn’t work and (4) coffee pot was broken. None of those things would prevent me from staying there again!

Good kid friendly condo

We have come for the last four years. Overall it’s the same and some parts need more care and attention. It’s kid friendly with a bunk room and good shuttle service to taco truck and bus stop to get to lifts.

Beautiful home

Great place to stay! I do want to let the management know that there were hairballs in the drains and that parking was a bit of a nightmare I’m trying to get a spot close to this specific location (we’ve not had that trouble before with other units). Owners have made a lovely haven and you will not be disappointed. Even if there are hairballs- but hairballs are gross… so you should get that looked at.

Beautiful place with amenities

The condo was beautiful and clean. We had a great time! The only downfalls were we were hot at night in the upstairs bedrooms even with fans, but that’s nothing they can control. Also, parking was an issue at times since we were there for baseball tournament and were carrying ball bags and coolers in and out and had to park a long way away many times. Otherwise the home was great and the lake, tennis courts, pool and hot tub area was super fun for the kids. We would return!

Spacious and clean

Great condo with nice individual bedrooms/baths. Convenient free shuttle to Beaver and Vail that ran every 15 minutes. Walking distance to market. Only a few misses. Some kitchen cabinet doors broken. Hot tub was not hot and about a block away. Offensive graffiti on the chalk board in the condo. (why didn't cleaners wash it? )
