Absolute Gem in Historic St. Augustine—Pure Perfection! If you are looking for the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort, stop searching and book this boutique suite immediately. From the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away by how beautiful and well-thought-out this property is. The blue carriage house is stunning and located right in the heart of downtown. We could easily access everything we wanted to see, yet the suite itself felt like a peaceful, private oasis. What truly sets this property apart is its incredible accessibility. Finding an authentic, historic downtown property that features a dedicated ADA parking spot and a wheelchair lift is rare, but Paul has made it seamless and stress-free. The suite itself was immaculate, beautifully styled, and filled with high-end boutique touches that made us feel right at home. Every single detail has been curated to offer everything you may need. It is hands-down one of the best places we have ever stayed. My mother said she could live the rest of her life in an ADU replica! Paul, Thank you for being a wonderful host and providing an unforgettable visit—we will absolutely be back!
