The first bedroom features a loft-style mezzanine and a full bathroom, adding character and privacy to the space. The second bedroom, located next to the living room, also includes a full bathroom for added comfort and convenience. Outside, the small terrace with a table and direct views of Lake Valle de Bravo becomes one of the highlights of the property, perfect for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the peaceful surroundings of San Gaspar. The apartment also includes private gated parking for two cars. Please note that stairs are required to access the property.
