Welcome to Apartment No. 11: "Christina"!

A bright, modern, and cosy 2-room apartment with an east-facing balcony on the 2nd floor awaits you—accommodating up to 4 people. Here, you can enjoy peace and comfort with a great view of the sea!

The inviting living area is perfect for relaxing, featuring a wide sofa, an armchair, and a dining area for 4 people. The flat-screen TV with cable, a Blu-ray DVD player, a radio with DAB+, and Wi-Fi access all contribute to the comfortable atmosphere.

The bright and open kitchen is perfect for cooking together. An oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, and an electric milk frother round out the amenities.

The large, charming sleeping area features a cosy double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) where you can rest peacefully at night.
In addition, there are two sleeping spots in the living room provided by a double fold-down bed (160 cm x 200 cm).

The modern bathroom features a shower, a large sink, and a large mirror with good lighting.

A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement and may be used for a coin fee.

The best way to wind down in the evenings is on the balcony in the rattan seating area.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Dogs are not allowed

An outdoor parking space and a bike storage unit, which can hold 2 bikes or beach gear, are available for your use.

The distance to the beach is 30 metres.

There is currently a construction site on the neighbouring property. This may cause noise disturbances.

The Windrose building is located right on the beach and features an lift. The beach and the pier are just a few steps away. The building offers 1-, 2-, and 3-room apartments with balconies or terraces, all of which are cheerfully and comfortably furnished. Some apartments offer a stunning view of the Baltic Sea. The newly redesigned spa promenade, with its boutiques and shops, invites you to stroll and linger. A mini-golf course and tennis courts are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers, a bike storage room, and parking spaces are located within or adjacent to the residential complex. We’d be happy to offer you additional apartments in this beautiful holiday destination!
