Die Abwicklung mit Heike Wongel hat sehr gut geklappt. Schnelle Schlüsselübergabe und freundliches Personal, welches bei Fragen zum Appartement sehr gerne zur Verfügung steht. Gerne wieder!
Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Der Balkon zeigt in Richtung Parkplatz, was aber nicht gerade schlimm ist.
Auf dem Balkon steht ein Tisch mit Stühlen, wo man bei guten Wetter schön sitzen kann. Alles war soweit sauber und die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Die Schlafcouch ist in Ordnung (nicht zu vergleichen mit einer vernünftigen Matratze). Leider war ab und an die Warmwasserversorgung gestört, was beim duschen sehr ärgerlich ist, wenn man plötzlich eiskaltes Wasser hat.

Als Begrüßung steht immer eine Flasche Schaumwein bereit, das finde ich erst einmal lobenswert. Ich trinke aber nur trockene Weinsorten. Nur als Anregung, es sollte keine Kritik sein, ich hätte mich genauso über eine Flasche Saft oder Wasser gefreut.
Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr ruhig. Auf dem Balkon kann man bequem sitzen und die Sonne genießen. Ich war rundum zufrieden.
