This 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz is tastefully and modernly furnished to accommodate up to 4 adults or a family with up to 2 children, and is situated in an attractive location just 40 metres from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible by lift. The south-facing balcony offers a small view of the sea and sun all day long. The apartment features a modern living-dining area with a comfortable sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a dining area for 5 people. A very well-equipped country-style kitchenette (dishwasher, 2-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, etc.) awaits you. In the sleeping alcove, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm). The separate children’s room features a bunk bed and another flat-screen TV. During the 2026 season from May 15 to September 15, a beach chair is available to you free of charge in beach section 11 “Bade.” The house features a small wellness area with a sauna and a relaxation room. Here, you can relax for free on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays starting at 6:00 p.m. Parking space No. 321 and a shared bicycle storage room are available. Table tennis room, washing machine, and dryer in the house. Prices are based on 4 people; each additional person is charged 5 euros! One dog is welcome! Non-smoking apartment.

Sauna hours: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as well as all holidays 18:00 - 22:00

This modern holiday home is situated on a hill in a prime location, just a few steps from the fine-sand beach, the beautiful, newly redesigned promenade, charming cafes, cosy restaurants, and the nearby spa park with a mini-golf course and tennis courts. Everything is within easy walking distance.

The house features a small wellness area with a sauna, a plunge pool, and a relaxation room. Here, guests can unwind on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays starting at 6:00 p.m. Guests also have access to a washing machine and dryer for a fee, as well as a table tennis room.
In addition, the property offers underground parking spaces and outdoor parking spots.

We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing walks on the beach or bike rides.

Schöne Auszeit

Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft. Bad ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig und die Matratzen im Stockbett sind schon sehr schmal. Aber die Lage ist top und man ist in 2 Minuten am Strand und 3 Minuten im Zentrum.
