It’s also just a few more metres to the Strandallee and Dünenmeile with their numerous restaurants and shops, the promenade, and the fantastic pier. A bakery for your breakfast rolls is within walking distance—about a 3-minute walk.

However, this allergy-friendly holiday rental impresses not only with its ideal location. The amenities also leave nothing to be desired, ensuring you feel right at home.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessible via a small flight of stairs. From the entryway with a coat rack, you’ll enter a large living/dining room with an open kitchen. In the separate bedroom, you’ll drift off to sleep in a box-spring bed with a view of the Baltic Sea. The bathroom with a rain shower and a partially covered terrace—perfect for breakfast or enjoying the afternoon and evening sun—round out the amenities.

The holiday rental includes free Wi-Fi. In the underground garage, there is a duplex parking space—two cars stacked on top of each other, with a maximum height of 1.45 m. Unfortunately, this space is not suitable for SUVs, vans, or cars with a lowered suspension. However, there is also a free public car park nearby, within walking distance (about 5 minutes).

The apartment, furnished for up to four people, features a cosy genuine leather seating area with an extravagant recliner, a double fold-out bed, a large LCD flat-screen TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player, a radio, a CD player, and a Bose soundbar. The dining area in the small bay window features a modern oak table and genuine leather chairs.

The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a toaster, a blender, an egg cooker, and a kettle. You’ll also find a Weber charcoal kettle grill here for use on the patio.

In the bedroom, you can relax on the comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m with a full-length topper), a wardrobe (which also contains a folding laundry rack and the cushion for the garden lounger), a sideboard with additional storage, and another large LCD flat-screen TV.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a shower stall with a handheld showerhead and rain shower, a hand-wash basin with a vanity cabinet, a hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror.

You can enjoy the fresh sea air on the terrace at the large table with four chairs, on a sun lounger, or on the garden bench. From here, you can also reach the path leading to the beach directly via a small staircase—without having to take the “detour” through the hallway.
