This apartment, furnished with great attention to detail, is located on the 2nd floor. The newly renovated 2-room apartment is approximately 1.5 km from the centre of Timmendorfer Strand and is suitable and furnished for up to 2 adults and 2 children.
An apartment where you’ll feel right at home!

Starting with the beautiful living room, which is furnished with a small sofa set, a charming dining area, and a TV. A lot of emphasis was placed on modernity here as well. The living room is equipped with pleated blinds, so you can even darken the room. The kitchenette is right next to the living room and is perfect for cosy evenings. Cooking together or enjoying a hearty breakfast? No problem at all!
The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The apartment also features a modern microwave-oven combo and a ceramic cooktop with 4 burners.

There are two sleeping areas available for you here. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm, with an 80 x 200 cm mattress topper); a small closet and a pleated blind for blackout are also located in the bedroom.
The second sleeping area is located on a so-called “Hems,” accessible via a ladder leading up. This “open upper level” features the second bed (140 x 200 cm—single mattresses 70 x 200 cm).

The bathroom is physically separated from the toilet. The shower is walk-in and very modern in design.
There is also a hair dryer in the bathroom, which you’re welcome to use.

Everyone is welcome to hang their jackets on the coat rack, and you can also use the small shoe cabinet. There is also a mirror in the hallway.
Bicycles may be parked on the property; there is a designated parking area.

The absolute highlight of the 205 season is the complimentary beach chair on the beach, which is already included in the rental price! Enjoy sunny hours with a book in hand, listen to the waves, or snuggle up under a blanket in the evening with a glass of red wine!
