Super Lage, sauber, das Bett war sehr gut, allerdings eine Dusche mit einem Stoffvorhang geht gar nicht, sehr unhygienisch und heutzutage unmöglich, auch eine Kaffee-und Spülmaschine wären sehr von Vorteil gewesen! Für Selbstversorger ist diese Wohnung nichts, für Menschen, die gerne ausschließlich auswärts essen, ist sie okay!

Einfaches 1 Zimmerapparment in guter Lage, mit sanierten Bad. Alles sehr sauber. Wir haben die Wohnung nur zum Schlafen genutzt, dafür war sie ausreichend. Für tägliche rundum Verpflegung ist die winzige Küche im Flur ohne GS u. E. nicht geeignet. Ehepaar auf Familienbesuch.

Mir wurde in der Geschäftsstelle der Fa. Herrmann der Hausschlüssel mit Adresse ausgehändigt. Am Ziel angekommen realisierte ich, dass das nicht meine gebuchte Wohnung war. Ich wollte anrufen, erreichte niemanden. Dann hab ich ne Mail geschrieben. Am nächsten Tag die Antwort, es habe alles seine Richtigkeit. Am Donnerstag Abend gegen 10 stand dann ein Paar vor der Türe, die wohl diese Wohnung gebucht hatten. Einen Balkon gab’s in dieser Wohnung nicht.Zu kritisieren wäre das unappetitliche Holzbesteck. Die Wohnung heißt auch Edelweiß im Haus Reiter in Bad Faulenbach.Die Entsorgung des Mülls soll der Mieter großenteils selbst machen -das geht gar nicht!

Klein aber Oho! Tolle Lage mit Nähe zur Stadt, zum See, zum Edeka, zur Bushaltestelle und zum Fahrradladen. Saubere Wohnung mit tollem Balkon und neuem Bad sowie neuer Küche und einem Tollen Bett mit Verdunklungsvorhang. Die Küche ist nur leider sehr klein (Arbeitsplatte, Spülecken) und ohne Möglichkeiten den Abwasch abzustellen. Das Spülbecken ist zu klein um große Teller abzuwaschen. Damit kann man sich aber arrangieren. Bei Fragen wurde schnell geholfen. Danke!

Die Wohnung ist ausreichend eingerichtet, der Kühlschrank zwar etwas klein (vorallem im Sommer zum Getränke kühlen nicht wirklich ausreichend), aber es ist machbar. Was meiner Meinung nach, auch aus hygienischen Gründen, gar nicht geht, ist der Duschvorhang. Weder war das duschen mit klebendem Vorhang angenehm noch in diesen Zeiten annehmbar. Trotz allem finde ich für den günstigen Preis die Wohnung schön, gut gelegen und vor allem ruhig.
