Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet! Toll sind der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage und der Aufzug, mit dem Koffer und Einkäufe bis in den 3. Stock zu transportieren sind. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls gut. Leider gibt es nur ganz wenige Ablagemöglichkeiten für Selbstversorger, z.B. einen Schrank für Lebensmittel usw.
