Get to know the Sirenas House for 8 people, located just 200 meters from one of the best beaches in Mallorca, known for its crystal-clear water and white sand.



Enjoy a bath under the Mallorcan sun in the large 10x5m outdoor saltwater pool, equipped with sun loungers. Enjoy outdoor meals at the grill table with family or friends, followed by moments of relaxation in the cozy living room and dining room.



The spacious living-dining room is equipped with comfortable sofas and a table for 8 people. Wifi, satellite television... followed by a fully equipped kitchen for culinary moments. The house has 4 comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning, three of them with two single beds and the last one with a double bed. It also has two bathrooms for more privacy, one of them with a bathtub.



Relax in the magnificent outdoor spaces and enjoy the Mallorcan sun lying on the loungers by the pool or with a drink in the chill-out area.

Excellent location, comfortable house, good sized swimming pool

Excellent location, very good sized and clean pool, welcome goods (wine, cracker, local things :)), great value for money (other costs like electricity, air conditioning, towels and bed linens etc. included!!!), both bathroom and pool towels, air conditioning in every bedrooms and living room, comfortable and clean house. We received help and information immediately via phone, email and whats up as well (especially when we locked ourselves out from the house at 1am with 3 kids at arrival :D.). Excellent, quick and helpful property colleagues! We were well informed from the booking till the end of the week - booking information, administration, arriving information, program and restaurant recommendation. Idea: we recommend Figueret restaurant what wasn't in your list, but is is so great! Thank you for the owner the flexibility regarding the number of nights (7 nights instead of 8) and the departing time (noon instead of 10). You can improve small things :). The beds in some bedrooms are too basic (like camping beds), it would be great to change them. Would be great some beach acessories like umbrella (a good one :)) and more basic things to the kitchen like olive oil, pepper, kitchen papertowel or napkin. We didn't have information previously about some smells in the ground floor bathroom (maybe its normal at the island since its an island), and the noisy water equipment in the garage (it's a bit scary to hear it first time). You can open difficulty the keybox.

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage, etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Das Haus ist sehr groß. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man kann dort richtig gut kochen. Der Pool ist sehr schön, man kann dort schön schwimmen. Am Meer ist man in einer Minute, man kann ohne Probleme direkt vor dem Haus oder vor der Garage parken. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer und Badezimmer ist für acht Personen sehr gut. Man kann auch gut grillen und in vielen verschiedenen Varianten auch draußen sitzen. Je nachdem, ob man Schatten oder Sonne möchte. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Plane über den Tisch am Grill könnte evtl. gegen eine ordentliche Markise getauscht werden. Die Duschköpfe könnte man mal austauschen und neue Handtücher würden nicht schaden.

Haus mit viel Platz, aber wenig Komfort

Das Haus bietet viel Platz, hat eine große Küche und Waschecke. Die Ausstattung ist aber schon ziemlich runtergerockt, Stühle im Esszimmer fallen auseinander. Die Einrichtung ist sehr lieblos und teilweise sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Außenbereich ist ebenfalls sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Super war die Grillecke und der Pool. Auch schön war, dass das Grundstück von Bäumen umzäunt wird, es war sehr ruhig dadurch. Garage und Stellplatz bieten genug Platz für mehrere Autos. Lage ist gut, Nähe zum Strand und zu Restaurants, aber dennoch ruhig.

Excelente residencia para descanso

Casa grande para familia numerosa, bien ubicada fuera del bullicio pero cerca de todo. Muy cómoda y bien conservada con ambientes amplios. Ideal para unas vacaciones en familia Consideramos q faltan artículos para la playa como ser sillas, especialmente siendo zona balnearia.

Muy recomendable para vacaciones cerca de la playa

La casa es muy amplia, cómoda y tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones divertidas y relajantes. La piscina es de buen tamaño y es posible hacer un muy asado en ka parrilla. La localización es excelente cerca de una playa muy tranquila y linda y de supermercados, tiendas y restaurantes. El el check out a las 10 am y check-in a las 4 pm son bastante inconvenientes ( se pierde un día de vacaciones) Las almohadas y colchones podrían mejorarse, sin embargo dormimos bien.
