The property is at perfect location for a weekend Patriots game. It’s a unique house, with a lot of character. The host was exceptional with communication.. I plan on staying there again.

JR, was extremely communicative. He checked back often to see how we were doing. This VRBO was very functional and it had a great layout.. The amenities were good. I felt the price was a little high but, for a short turnaround it was worth it. It appeared that there is still some needed finishing touches. The bedroom and bathroom doors are slightly out of alignment and hard to open & close. This unit also has a lot of exterior steps to access the main floor. The beds were comfortable.

We had a very disappointing stay and unfortunately cannot recommend this property in its current condition.The biggest concern was safety. There appeared to be a wasp nest near the front entrance, possibly under the stairs. Several of us were stung just entering and leaving the house, which made it stressful to use the front door.The house also needs a thorough deep cleaning. There were spiders and cobwebs in multiple areas, giving the impression that it had not been properly cleaned before our arrival.The bathrooms were not well equipped. There were no shelves or holders in the showers to keep soap, shampoo, or other toiletries, which made them very inconvenient to use. The bathroom windows also had no curtains or privacy covering, making them uncomfortable to use at night.Another major issue was the hot water. It never got properly hot and remained only lukewarm throughout our stay.Overall, the property was not ready for guests. These are basic issues involving cleanliness, safety, privacy, and comfort that should be addressed before renting the house to others. I hope the owner fixes these problems, but based on our experience, I would not stay here again.

The wasp issue was reported at 2:13 PM and professionally resolved by 3:57 PM the same day. Guest safety is always our priority, We never received any report of a hot water issue during your stay. Had we been notified, we would have addressed it promptly. Your reservation was also completed as scheduled, without any request to leave early. As a newly listed property, we have since hosted additional guests who have had very positive experiences, which gives us confidence that this review does not reflect the overall guest experience. We appreciate all constructive feedback and remain committed to providing a safe, clean, and comfortable stay for our guests.
