Close to the sea and yet in a wonderfully quiet location, directly on the Pariner Feldflur with a relaxing direct view of the forest and meadows. No through traffic - here the world is "at an end" in a good sense. On foot 5 kilometres or by bike 7 kilometres to the Baltic Sea at the Wohlenberger Wiek, by car or by bike 10 kilometres to the beautiful pier of the very lively Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen.

Are you looking for accommodation that meets all the requirements of certified natural materials? Our holiday villa is a particularly sustainable solid wood house. The house is heated C02-neutrally with regional biomass via a local network. Even the dowels are made of wood, no concrete or similar materials were used. Stone pine beds with natural latex mattresses guarantee a very restful night's sleep. All this creates an extremely pleasant living and relaxing atmosphere. Our house is lovingly and personally furnished for you, and that's how your holiday should feel - like a visit to friends in the country!

Three spacious bedrooms with six beds, all beds two metres long (open at the bottom), one bed two metres wide, the other two 1.80 metres wide.

Two full bathrooms on the ground floor (one with bath, one with spacious walk-in shower), one small bathroom upstairs (with toilet and washbasin).

Excellent Wi-Fi also in the outdoor areas thanks to fibre optic connection. Smart TV with the option of logging in for Netflix etc., spacious kitchen area including very good comfort with a wonderful giant wooden table for everyone and the best view directly into the Parin fields.

Optionally (NOT included in the price) there is a regional organic bread roll service for breakfast, via our local service partner. Please book this the evening before, you will find out exactly how when you pick up the keys.

Parin ready:

Invite you to linger: Terrace with beach chair and garden furniture and garden land belonging to the house including a self-made fireplace made of field stones to watch deer, grass snakes and cranes or the sensational starry sky.

The infrastructure of the village and its surroundings invite you to linger and go hiking, jogging and cycling, swimming and forest bathing. Use of the natural bathing pond at the nearby Hotel Gutshaus Parin (300 metres from the holiday home) is included. On request and for a fee, you can book use of the restaurant or sauna at the Gutshaus.

In the immediate neighbourhood (300 m) is the Gutshaus Parin with a delicious vegan and vegetarian menu.

Nearby (6 kilometres, also a nice cycling route) is the equally attractive Gutshaus Stellshagen, which also has a very nice sauna (Finnish sauna as well as bio sauna and Tecaldarium) with an outdoor area and bathing pond. External guests can book there by telephone.

There are various other places to eat nearby, including excellent vegetarian and vegan options. In Parin, the world comes to rest in the best sense of the word - symbolised by a wonderfully clear and sparkling starry sky.

If you want to travel with your dog - this is possible on request and by personal arrangement.

We ourselves have a small, very friendly and harmless dog (Cavalier), who is quite inconspicuous in the house and also outside between the holiday homes - and we would expect the same from our guest dog:
So: please don't put the dog in the beds or on the couch, please arrive with your own sleeping accommodation for the four-legged friend, and please don't leave the dog alone in the house either (unfamiliar surroundings, wood and beautiful furniture everywhere - otherwise that could quickly become annoying for everyone involved, and nobody wants that). It would also be good for the neighbours in the small holiday village if the dog didn't bark loudly and for long periods of time. Generally speaking, as with 90 per cent of dogs, it's a completely normal, considerate coexistence between animals and people.
