Cosy country house "Sunny Slope & Sauna", 2 storeys, detached, renovated. Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, along the wooded area, in the countryside. Private: garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. 300 m long bumpy, steep motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Desná, odb." 1.8 km, railway station "Kořenov" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 3 km. Nearby attractions: Kořenov 2 km, Vodopády na Černé Desné 3.5 km, Rozhledna Maják Járy Cimrmana 4 km, Rozhledna Štěpánka 5 km, Muzeum ozubnicové dráhy 7 km, ZOO Liberec, Aquapark Babylon Liberec 28 km, Ještěd (1012 m) 36 km. Hiking paths: Vodní nádrž Souš 6 km, Bukovec, Jizerka 10 km, Mumlavské vodopády, Harrachov 12 km.
4-room cottage on 2 levels. Very comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living room. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer) with dining nook and tiled stove. Bath/WC. Electric heating, boiler (120 litres). Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (200 cm, length 220 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 bed. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna, baby cot. Internet (WiFi). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house.

Tolles Haus, sehr gemütlich, sehr sauber

Wir waren 1 Woche im Herbst im Haus. Das Haus war super sauber, sogar unter den Betten (musste wir verschieben, wegen Kleinkind). Super ausgestattete Küche mit Schneidbrettern, scharfen Messern und guten Töpfen/Pfannen. Sehr schöne Sauna. Die Anfahrt ist sehr, sehr, sehr steil und nicht asphaltiert. Zum Wandern mit kleinen Kindern, direkt vom Haus etwas mühsam, da der ganze Hang sehr steil ist-trotzdem sehr schön. Die Öfen sind aus Feuerschutzgründen nicht nutzbar, nur Nachtspeicheröfen.
