Die Ferienwohnung war super und sauber! Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sowohl bei der Anreise wie auch bei der Abreise perfekt geklappt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder!

Haus entspricht der Anzeige.Verwalter war sehr nett.Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Würden auch wieder kommen, wenn die Wohnung zu unseren Familientreffen frei ist.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene. Das Haus hat reichlich Platz. Möbel neuwertig. Alles sauber. Terrasse mit Markise und Gartenmöbeln. Sonnenliegen. Fußläufig sind Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Restaurants zu erreichen. Der Verwalter kommt nach Anruf in wenigen Minuten zur Übergabe und Abnahme. Sehr freundlich.

Familienurlaub

Der Urlaub war im Großen und Ganzen gelungen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und dem Verwalter verlief einwandfrei. Auf alle Anfragen wurde sehr zügig geantwortet. Das Haus war für unsere Gruppengröße (5 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind und 1 Hund) ausreichend. Das Haus an sich ist leider sehr hellhörig und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit bei Übernahme des Hauses lies Luft nach oben (Staub und Haare im Bad und auf der Treppe, Ameisen im unteren Badezimmer). Die Betten waren leider sehr durchgelegen und wirklich laut am Knarschen, so dass man nachts auch mitbekommen hat, wie sich in anderen Zimmern gedreht wurde. Positiv war, dass sowohl Geschirrtücher, Spüli, Toilettenpapier und Spülmaschinentabs vorhanden waren.

Haus Brise

Wir sind mit Fahrädern angereist, für die es keine Unterstellmöglichkeit (überdacht) gab.Die Betten knarren bei jeder Bewegung und da das Haus sehr hellhörig ist, konnte man jede Bewegung in anderen Zimmern deutlich wahrnehmen. In dem einen Bad gibt es nur eine Badewanne und leider keine Dusche; wäre vielleicht gut dort wenigstens einen Duschvorhang zu installieren. Die Wasserleitungen sind so laut zu hören, dass man glaubt im Bad zu sein wenn man im Bett liegt.Die Küche und der Wohnbereich sind relativ gut ausgestattet und sauber.Der Terrassentisch war bei unserer Ankunft, so schmutzig, dass unsere erste Aktion die Säuberung desselben war, damit wir dort sitzen konnten. Die Markise war nur mit starker Muskelkraft auszufahren.Positiv zu bewerten ist, dass es gute Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus gibt und das Objekt sehr zentral liegt.

Aufenthalt

Die Anreise war wirklich unkompliziert.Das Haus war sehr einfach eingerichtet. Leider war auf der unteren Etage gerade im Badezimmer sehr viele Ameisen, die auch auf der Toilette rum liefen.Bei Abreise ist der Vermieter viel zu früh Gekommen, als wir noch nicht fertig waren. Er war auch sehr unfreundlich. Und hat tatsächlich den Urlaub zum Ende hin sehr blöd ausklingen lassen. Die Mann könnten wir nicht mehr empfehlen. Würden deshalb auch dieses Haus nicht noch einmal buchen

Norddeich erleben.

Der check in und out haben hervorragend geklappt. Das Haus ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Terrasse ist mit Tisch und Stühlen sehr einladend. Auch de Garten ist sehr gepflegt.
