About this property

A House Called Wanda

Lovingly remodeled home with lots of amenities in central Greensboro. With lots of handmade furniture, 3 bedrooms (queens in all), 2 full baths & a well-stocked kitchen, she’s ready for your stay. Conveniently located close to Tanger Center/Downtown, hospitals, shopping & lots of restaurants, it’s the perfect location for your trip to Greensboro!

The home is all on one level with a split floor plan (2 bedrooms & full bath on one end of the house and the master suite (with ensuite bath) at the other. In between are the common areas of the kitchen and large living room that includes a 55" TV with soundbar and subwoofer that's great for watching movies & sports. Please note that the maximum number of guests for this property is 6 and that includes adults AND children.

You'll have access to the entire upper floor of the home (there's a workshop on the lower level for the owner's use (but not during your stay, of course).

Other things to note
Much of the furniture in the home is custom made by the owner. Likewise, the photography displayed throughout the house is from my own travels and personal collection. I want your stay to feel different and special so I've tried to add lots of little touches to help make it so!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
In preparation for check-out, please remove any food items which you brought with from the refrigerator/freezer. Also, please put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it to run.
You don’t need to strip beds or take out trash but I’d appreciate it if you could place any dirty/used bath towels on the floor in the bathroom(s) to let us know they need to be washed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please park only in gravel area in front of the home. Do not park in the driveway. Thanks.
Please be considerate with thermostat - temps between 67 - 74 degrees should be sufficient, depending on the season. Ceiling fans can help!
Be considerate of noise levels from 10pm - 7am - especially out on the front or back deck.
