Located 3 miles from Ketchum on cove on Duck Creek, enjoy what this 4 bedroom house has to offer. The marvelous space features two queen beds and one full bed. Through the 2nd bedroom is a small bedroom that holds a triple bunk bed. (We intended it for children and tweens but it’s been used mostly by adults.) The 3rd bedroom offers a private balcony. Guests will appreciate the large outdoor deck off the living room that includes a propane tank grill and outdoor dining table. Enjoy the lake view as well as the fire pit below the deck. With three bathrooms, each equipped with a refreshing shower, mornings are a breeze. This enchanting home invites you to relax and unwind in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. There is a bit of an aerobic rocky walk from the house down to the dock. Down at the water is a 2 slip dock, one slip enclosed and the other side is covered and can fit a 9’x25’ boat. Or just fish off the dock. There is another area on the dock for outdoor sun bathing and appreciating nature. SAVE RENTAL FEES SINCE WE HAVE 6 kayaks, a paddle board, lily pad and all sorts of water floaties for your enjoyment. Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer. ***We have room for your boat trailer, seadoo trailer or rock crawling equipment (Disney 18 minutes away) *** Just an fyi, to get to the small triple bunk bed room you go through bedroom #2 to get to it. WATER SAFETY & LIABILITY WAIVER:By booking this property, you explicitly agree to the following terms for all members of your traveling party:Assumption of Risk: The use of the covered dock, boat slips, swim ladder, lily pad, water floaties, paddleboard, and 6 kayaks is entirely at your own risk. No Lifeguard: There is no lifeguard on duty. Grand Lake can have swift currents and heavy boat wake; swimming and paddling require constant vigilance. We had a fantastic stay! The location was PERFECT ! The dock was our children’s favorite as they spent hours swimming,fishing, and paddle boarding . Host was friendly, property was clean, location was quiet and cozy! We can’t wait to stay again in the future

This was a great spot for our family to relax by the lake! We loved being right on the water and having use of the spacious dock and paddleboards. The kitchen was perfect for creating some meals and the host gifted us a pancake mix that we used for our first morning! She was very responsive to questions and easy to communicate with. We'll be back!

We tried this listing after the one we had been renting every year was booked and we now have a favorite spot on Grand Lake! The back patio is amazing and all the room was perfect for our 2 families! It's pretty far back in the cove so there is almost no boat traffic and no waves from the main channel. The kids loved jumping off the dock and Pamela and David were the best hosts! We are already planning to book again next year!

Why they chose this property

Driving down the gravel road to the home sets the tone for relaxation. The road winds through the woods. If you look closely during the drive you may spot a herd of deer, a fox family, wild turkeys and many types of birds. Our cove hosts eagles, heron, cranes, geese, ducks and many other waterfowl.

It’s a quiet cove off of the popular Duck Creek.

What makes this property unique

The home has a rustic cabin feel. The deck has a relaxing view of the cove and dock. The 3rd bedroom has a unique private balcony for 2 to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine or tea. We also have a 2 slip enclosed boat dock. We have for your use 6 kayaks, a battle board, lily pad and some water floaties. Great memories will be had on the dock.
