Parking Notice: Private driveway parking is strictly limited to a maximum of 2 cars. Please note: City ordinances are strictly enforced, and any additional vehicles parked on the street/grass will be towed by the city. We have no control over municipal towing.

📝 IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
Booking Verification & Security Deposit: A standard $500 security deposit is required prior to arrival (cannot be paid via credit card). For July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 deposit is required ($1,000 total). Failure to comply with house rules will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Strict No-Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a $750 remediation fee plus the cost of any damaged furniture or lost revenue from subsequent reservation cancellations.

Neighborhood Quiet Hours: To respect our wonderful neighbors, strict city-mandated quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No outdoor music or loud disruptions are permitted during this time.

Pool Heating & Maintenance: Pool heating is available for a small additional fee. Please note that external pool heaters cannot operate if the ambient outside temperature drops below 65°F. Weekly pool, landscaping, and general maintenance teams may briefly access the outdoor areas during your stay (we will notify you in advance). Children must be supervised in the pool area at all times.

No Parties/Commercial Use: Commercial filming, photography, and parties are strictly prohibited.

Professional Cleaning: We follow an extensive, rigorous sanitization and cleaning process between every guest check-out.

The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.
Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.

Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 2 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 11 pm to 8 am

4. A fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.

PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
