Explore Färjestaden and visit Ölands Djur- och Nöjespark, the windmills of Lerkaka and the ruins of Gråborg and Lenstad Borg. Don't forget to explore the vast World Heritage limestone and heath landscape of Stora Alvaret. Mörbylånga is also worth seeing. Mörbylångadalen is one of Sweden's most fertile farming areas. The valley used to be a lake bed.
