Schöne Wohnung mit einigen Macken
In der Wohnung führt eine sehr steile Treppe in ein oberes Schlafzimmer direkt unter dem Giebel. Die Treppe ist sowohl für ältere Mieter wie auch für kleinere Kinder gefährlich und nicht zu empfehlen. Die Lage der Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und ist gut in den Nahverkehr integriert.
