Beautiful 2-room apartment on the 1st floor with balcony in the Dorf district

Welcome to the cosy "Springfloot 2" holiday rental! This charming apartment on the upper floor of the house is perfect for couples and offers 40 square metres of space for two people. The living room is very comfortably furnished with a cosy couch and a flat-screen TV. The built-in kitchen, integrated into the living area, was fully equipped and renovated in 2023. It features a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and all the necessary utensils for preparing delicious meals. The kitchen counter is perfect for cooking and dining together.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (200 x 160 cm) and ensures a restful night’s sleep. The windows are covered with pleated blinds. The daylight-filled shower room with a toilet is functionally furnished. You can enjoy the sun and fresh air on the south-facing balcony or in the garden with its beach chair.
There is a parking space for your car and bicycles right next to the house, and a bike rental shop is located right next door. Bed linens and towels are included once. For hygiene reasons, pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment.
The apartment is centrally located and just a few minutes’ walk from restaurants and shops. Enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday at “Springfloot 2.”


Complex:

The Springfloot building contains 3 holiday apartments. One apartment occupies the entire ground floor. It can accommodate up to 3 people. There is also a retail store on the ground floor. The two apartments on the upper floor each have a furnished balcony facing the street and can accommodate 2 people each. Parking for your car and bicycles is available right next to the house. A bike rental shop is located next door.
Behind the house, there are two communal terraces with patio furniture and beach chairs. The village centre is just a few minutes’ walk from here. There you’ll find numerous shopping options and restaurants.

Haus springfloot

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, hell und sauber. Es ist alles da was man braucht zum kochen und um es sich gemütlich zu machen. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend und wir haben und dort absolut wohlgefühlt. Ist unbedingt zu empfehlen.Der Strand war herrlich und der Fußweg war mit 1,4 km zum Strand super zu laufen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es auch in derNähe
