The 57 m² Upstalsboom 3-room vacation rental, bsak3-23, is suitable for up to 5 people and their family dog. A particular highlight is the spacious, covered balcony—similar to a loggia—facing a sunny west-facing location. Here you can enjoy the refreshing sea air and sunshine until the evening.

Location
This modern and bright vacation rental is located on the first floor of Deichhaus 3, in the heart of Bensersiel, just 500 meters from the sandy beach and the North Sea. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés; the Nordseetherme, the seawater outdoor pool with a large water slide, and the sports theme park are also within easy walking distance. Our tip: Take a day trip to Langeoog—the ferry between Bensersiel and the car-free island takes just under an hour and runs several times a day. The ferry terminal is just a short walk (about 1 km) from the Deichhäuser.

Amenities
The tastefully furnished, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi. The living area features a fully equipped open kitchenette with a dishwasher, freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and microwave with baking function, as well as a large flat-screen TV and a radio. The apartment features a dining table for 5 people and a cozy sitting area. Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, are at your disposal. One of them also has its own flat-screen TV. The stylish bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a vanity with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror. After an eventful day of vacation, you can relax on the covered balcony, which is furnished with garden furniture for 5 people. The balcony is accessible from both the living area and the master bedroom.


Highlights From spring through late fall, guests staying at the Deichhäuser during the 2026 season will also enjoy free and unlimited access to the water park and sauna area at our neighboring partner hotel, Aquantis. There’s something for the whole family here: a 175 m² water area, a rock landscape with a waterfall and water slide, bubbling spring stations, a bubble mushroom, surge showers, a counter-current system, a children’s wading pool with water spouts, and a sauna area featuring a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, and a steam sauna. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available at the front desk for a small rental fee. Unfortunately, this service will no longer be part of our offerings for future bookings starting in 2027.

The “Castello” restaurant, adjacent to the hotel, offers daily breakfast. The restaurant staff will be delighted to welcome you every day during your stay in the 2026 season.

Dike Houses 1 through 4 have shared parking spaces that you can use free of charge, subject to availability. Lockable bike storage cages and charging stations for e-bikes are also available. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Your dog is welcome.

A day trip to the island of Langeoog is practically a given—since the tide-independent ferry runs several times a day between Bensersiel and the beautiful East Frisian island.

The seven Anna Küste dike houses, located in the heart of Bensersiel, are just 250 meters from the sandy beach and offer you 100 modern and bright apartments for up to 8 people. They impress not only with their energy efficiency and sustainable construction but, above all, with their fresh, modern, and cozy atmosphere. Here, you can completely unwind and feel right at home. The 1- to 4-room apartments range in size from 28 m² to 86 m², are furnished to a high standard in a harmonious style, and each features a covered balcony or a covered terrace. The Deichhäuser offer free Wi-Fi. Lockable bike storage cages and charging stations for e-bikes are available.

Your four-legged friends are welcome in select apartments. However, as a precaution, we’d like to point out that Bensersiel does not have a dog beach, and dogs are also not allowed on the dike.
