Wir waren bereit zum 4X in einer FeWo. Dieses mal im Haus 4. Leider hatte ich nicht bedacht, dass kein direkter Zugang zur Tiefgarage möglich ist. Das hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, da mein Mann gehbehindert ist. Die Lage des Objektes mit dem kurzem Weg zum Strand und der Einkaufsmöglichkeit in direkter Nähe ist super. Den Brötchenverkauf im CAFE haben wir gerne in Anspruch genommen. Gerne kommen wir gelegentlich wieder nach Boltenhagen und dann wieder in die Ostseeallee !

Ich war mit meinem kleinen Hund in einem Appartement mit Terrasse, was ich sehr angenehm empfand. Die Wohnung war sehr modern eingerichtet und ließ keine Wünsche offen, Magenta TV im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, welches ein bequemes Boxspringbett hat. Insgesamt sehr ruhig gelegen. Zugang zu Wald und Strand gleich gegenüber. Ich komme gerne wieder.
