Schöne große grĂ€umige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung (Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei BĂ€der). Die Ausstattung der KĂŒche sehr gut. Schöner Blick vom Balkon in den Godewindpark. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Im GebĂ€ude sind bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr wenig GerĂ€usche wahrnehmbar. Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgĂŒnstig fĂŒr AusflĂŒge. Der Strand und die Promenade sind fußlĂ€ufig schnell erreichbar. GerĂ€umige Tiefgarage und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der NĂ€he der Wohnung.

die Integration des ehemaligen Autohauses Kittner in das HauptgebĂ€ude und die Nutzung als Fitnesscenter. Die Tiefgarage und das Treppenhaus im HauptgebĂ€ude sind ebenfalls ausgezeichnet sowie natĂŒrlich die Wohnung an sich und ihre Ă€ußerst gĂŒnstige Aufteilung mit 2 getrennten Schlafzimmern.
