Schlüsselübergabe sollte nicht nur die Übergabe des Schlüssel beinhalten, Fragen ob die Anreise gut war, sowie wie man die Wohnung findet, wo der Müll entsorgt werden kann und vielleicht etwas über die Umgebung wäre klasse. Upstalsboom ist doch Hospitality, die dies lebt.
