The spa is only located below the property operating on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We kindly ask for consideration of quiet hours during these times to help maintain a comfortable environment for all .



📍 Conveniently located near Blossom Music Center and Gorge Metro Park. Please note that exterior security cameras are installed on the property for guest and property safety.



A Quick Note About the Surroundings:

Just a little heads-up before your stay: a small cemetery is located directly across from the building. It’s a quiet part of the neighborhood and simply part of the surrounding scenery. We like to share this in advance so you know exactly what to expect and can feel comfortable choosing a stay that’s right for you. 💛

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests

🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times. Gatherings, parties, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Any violation of these house rules or the platform's community standards may result in immediate removal from the property, with no refund for unused nights.

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.
