From the balcony, you can look out onto the courtyard of the holiday complex.<br><br>Location<br>This quiet holiday apartment is located on the ground floor on the west side of the complex, in Building 1, Staircase B.<br><br>Amenities<br>The non-smoking apartment has tile floors and consists of two bedrooms with double beds (2 x 90 x 2.00 m) or 2 single beds (2 x 90 x 2.00 m) with blackout blinds, a living area with a leather couch, and a small balcony overlooking the courtyard.<br>This family-friendly holiday rental features a fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as a mini-safe, hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, board games, and a TV/stereo system with a flat-screen TV and DVD player.
