1. Hier fehlt auch eine Möglichkeit Mängel anzugeben!
2. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in der es an nichts fehlte. Noch besser wäre eine Möglichkeit schon vorher eine Ausstattung mit Kaminholz zu bestellen.
3. Nicht nachvollziehbar sind die hohen Kosten der Endreinigung, die fast 50€ über vergleichbaren Objekten liegen und die im nächsten Jahr schon wieder ansteigen. Wir hatten vor im nächsten Jahr noch einmal zu kommen, werden uns nun aber ein anderes Objekt aussuchen.
4. Die Variante der Schlüsselübergabe konnte nicht überzeugen. Lieber persönlich durch einen Mitarbeiter im Büro!!!!!! Einen zweiten Schlüssel mussten wir am Folgetag im Büro abholen, 20 Km mit dem Auto gefahren, das muss nicht sein. Warum kann man den zweiten Schlüssel nicht gleich bei der Anmeldung angeben?
