This tastefully decorated 38-square-meter Upstalsboom 3-room apartment with a loft and a beautiful ocean view is located in the Seehof holiday complex in Bansin on Usedom and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Location
The resort boasts a unique location between the Baltic Sea beach and Lake Schloonsee. The apartment, facing northeast, is located on the 4th floor—the top floor—of the popular “Großer Seehof” resort.


Amenities This non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi and includes a bathroom with a shower, two sleeping areas—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—and a TV, as well as a living area with a couch and a TV/stereo system. From the loft, you’ll enjoy a uniquely beautiful view of the sea and the beach!
The rest of the interior of this lovingly decorated apartment in a maritime style includes a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer compartment.
Upon request, we can provide a cot and a high chair for a fee.

Special features
For a fee, you can use the in-house washing machine and dryer. An ironing board and iron are available for shared use in the laundry room. The complex features a sauna, which is available to you daily starting at 5:00 p.m. at no charge. Pets are not permitted in this apartment.
There is an lift in the building. However, it is only accessible via a flight of 11 steps. We ask guests with limited mobility to please take this into account.

A parking space assigned to the apartment in the building’s underground garage—which features a double-parking system and height restriction—can be booked for an additional fee. Please carefully compare your car’s dimensions with the manufacturer’s data in the “Photo Gallery” on our website in advance. Instructions for using the double-parking system’s parking spaces can be found directly in the underground garage. Use of the system is at your own risk and responsibility. We would like to point out that charging electric cars using the building’s electrical system is prohibited. Please use public charging stations instead.

The sauna area at the Großer Seehof will be unavailable from 02.03.2026 until approximately the end of September 2026 due to renovation work.

The Seehof offers you a private sauna area, an lift, and coin-operated washing machines and dryers for shared use. The individual holiday apartments feature free Wi-Fi and, depending on the unit, a balcony, terrace, or ocean view. Your four-legged friend is also welcome in select apartments.
