Besser geht nicht

Wir hatten die sehr geräumige, perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war von Anfang an sehr gut und völlig unkompliziert. Sie wohnen selbst im Haus nebenan, sind stets per Telefon erreichbar und helfen direkt weiter. Es stehen Fahrräder für eine geringe Gebühr zur Verfügung und der morgendliche Brötchenservice ist einfach nur praktisch. Insgesamt war alles (!!!) außerordentlich gut durchdacht und organisiert. Die Wohnung war extrem sauber, komfortabel und wir haben nichts gefunden, was gefehlt hätte. Wir hatten bereits viele Ferienwohnungen, diese war mit Abstand am Besten! Die Lage ist ebenfalls klasse. Direkt am Selliner See und zur Seebrücke sind es keine 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Es fahren die Bäderbahn, der Rasende Roland und Linienbusse - wer nicht laufen möchte - und das Auto steht sicher auf einem hauseigenen Parkplatz im Hof. Wir bedanken uns nochmal ganz herzlich für den wundervoll schönen Aufenthalt und die erholsamen Ferientage bei Familie Kmetsch. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße nach Sellin :-)

Absolut Empfehlenswert

Ein wirklich 1A ausgestattetest Domizil . Lage sehr gut . Sehr nette Vermieter die sich allumpfänglich um das gesammte Objekt kümmern . Man hat aber trotzdem seine Privatsphäre . Die Ausstattung ist die beste , die wir jemals benutzen durften . Alles ist stimmig und hochwertig . Tja , was soll man sagen ? Wir kommen sicher wieder .

Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen...

Man muss wirklich lange suchen bis man eine solch wunderbare Wohnung findet. Sie ist nicht nur makellos sauber, sondern auch sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Jedes Detail ist von absolut hochwertiger Qualität. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, fast wie zu Hause. Die Vermieter, Familie Kmetsch, sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich weit über das übliche Maß hinaus um das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste. Vom täglichen Brötchen-Service über den Kaffeevollautomaten, der uns bereits gefüllt erwartet hat bis hin zur Fußbodenheizung im Bad, bietet die Wohnung wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage des schönen Anwesens ist perfekt. Einmal durch den Garten und man befindet sich am Ufer des Selliner Sees. Zum Einkaufen in den Supermarkt oder zur Wilhelmstraße sind die Wege kurz, genauso wie zum Südstrand von Sellin. Wir sagen Danke und kommen gerne wieder. L & D Franz
